Dear colleague,
this is the first announcement for CarloFest, a conference in honour of Carlo Rovelli’s 60th birthday, to take place in Marseille on Mai 23-27, 2016. The conference’s goal it to gather an interdisciplinary panel of scientists to cover and discuss the many themes and results that have accompanied Carlo’s career, from loop quantum gravity to foundational issues of quantum mechanics and relativity. The program will feature invited plenary talks, panel discussions and round tables.
Participation is limited to 150 people. A website with detailed information and a registration form will be available around the middle of December at the following address:
