Candidates are sought for a position of Postdoctoral Fellow.

As the successful candidate, you will conduct independent and joint research in the following areas: Stochastic Control, Financial Mathematics, Non-Linear Parabolic Evolution Equations, and Computational Methods in Finance. The position will also involve teaching financial mathematics at Master’s degree level.

In addition, you will conduct research within the School of Mathematical Sciences under the guidance of Associate Professor Gregoire Loeper. Monash University has an active financial mathematics group which also includes Professor Fima Klebaner and Associate Professor Kais Hamza.

This position requires strong knowledge in the area of financial mathematics, and the ability to teach it at a Master’s degree level.

A PhD in a relevant discipline is also required.
