Junior Researcher position on the neutron star equation state, Coimbra, Portugal

We have a junior researcher position at CFisUC, Univ Coimbra, Portugal, for 3 years (eventually renewable up to a maximum of 6 years). The position is on the neutron star equation of state, including non-homogeneous phases, magnetized matter, and non-nucleonic degrees of freedom, construction of unified and calibrated equations of state imposing observational (astrophysical and gravitational), theoretical and experimental constraints, application of statistical methods such as Bayesian inference and machine learning methods.
