Fellowships at the School of Mathematical Sciences, University of Nottingham
We are keen to host fellowships on topics that match or complement the research expertise of the Gravity Research Theme in the School of Mathematical Sciences (Miguel Bezares, Stephen Green, Kirill Krasnov, Jorma Louko, Laura Sberna, Thomas Sotiriou, Silke Weinfurtner). These include black holes, QFT in curved spacetimes, analogue gravity and quantum simulators, quantum gravity, amplitudes, gravitational waves, relativistic astrophysics, strong field tests of general relativity, modified gravity, and numerical relativity. The group is part of the Nottingham Centre of Gravity and benefits from strong ties with the Particle Cosmology Group in the School of Physics and Astronomy.
We are happy to receive expressions of interest for any fellowship, including postdoctoral fellowships, but for the following two fellowships there will be an internal selection process. If you are interested in being considered for these please send your expression of interest by July 4th 2025 to Professor Thomas Sotiriou at Thomas.Sotiriou[AT]nottignham.ac.uk and include a CV and a brief research statement.
