The Gravity Group at the University of Otago is hosting an online workshop entitled “The Elusive Universe: From Mathematical to Physical Cosmology”. The workshop aims to bring together researchers from both areas of mathematical and physical cosmology to encourage the exchange of ideas and insights from both communities, with the primary goal of engaging graduate students in both fields.

The workshop will take place on Zoom on Thursday and Friday, the 9th and 10th of April, from 9 am to 1pm CET. Each talk will be 45 min., followed by 5-10 min for questions. On the second day of the workshop, a round table discussion will be held between the guest speakers to give space for further discussion of insights and issues that were mentioned during the talks.
