If you intended to write a paper marking the general relativity’s centennial, there still exists a possibility to have it published in a special volume planned for the fall next year.
It will be published by a relatively new academic (boutique) publisher – Minkowski Institute Press (http://www.minkowskiinstitute.org/mip/books/), – which provides rapid publication. The books published by it so far are oriented mostly toward the “spacetime” (“relativity”) community.
