Assistant Professor in Gravitational Physics, Oakland University, USA

The Department of Physics at Oakland University is seeking a gravitational physicist for a tenure track Assistant Professor position starting on August 15, 2018. A Ph.D. in physics or closely related discipline, and capability for excellent teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level are required. Our preference is for a numerical relativist, but applicants in any area of gravitational physics will be considered. The department offers a B.S. and M.S. in Physics and a Ph.D. in Medical Physics. A Ph.D. program in Applied and Computational Physics is under consideration.
