Applications are invited for 15 fellowship positions, under the INFN Marie Sklodowska-Curie COFUND Fellowship Programme entitled FELLINI – “Fellowship for Innovation at INFN”.
Applications are open to researchers of any nationality to conduct research in the following fields covered by the INFN (Italian National Institute for Nuclear Physics):
1) Experimental Particle Physics
2) Experimental Astroparticle Physics
3) Experimental Nuclear Physics
4) Theoretical Physics
5) Technological Research
Candidates must be in possession of a doctoral degree or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience and must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Italy for more than 12 months in the 3 years before the call deadline.
The gross salary will be Euros 50.520 per year. Fellowships are awarded for a three-year appointment. A mandatory twelve-month secondment to a different research institution or in a high-tech private company, on paid leave from INFN, is also expected.
