NAR-2024 is a workshop-cum-training program organized by the Department of Applied Sciences, Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (IIITA) during 20 – 22 March 2024. The objective of this online workshop is to equip young professionals and researchers with modern analytical and computational methods in the field of General Relativity.
Participants will gain valuable insights on recent developments in gravitational physics from leading global experts.
Topics to be covered include: Classical and semiclassical Black Holes, Bondi-Sachs formalism with xAct, Ultra Compact Objects and Boson Stars, Numerical Relativity, Computational Astrophysics, Black Holes in Strong-field Gravity, Black Hole Perturbations, Machine Learning with Mathematica, etc.
