The first Atlantic General Relativity (AGR) Conference was held in 2012, at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, Canada organized by Jack Gegenberg, Viqar Hussain and Ivan Booth. It has since grown in size and become a yearly event for the Atlantic Canada relativity community.
The conferences discuss all aspects of classical and quantum gravity as well as relativistic astrophysics. One of its main goals is to provide an opportunity for Atlantic Canadian graduate students to present their work and network with others in the region. Student talks are prioritized by the organizers each year.
This conference series now has regular participants from Newfoundland to Quebec and occasionally from across Canada and beyond.
Registration is free for all participants.
