Applications are invited for two postdoctoral research associate positions in experimental high energy physics with the University of Kansas beginning as early as August 31, 2023. Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. in physics or a related field by date of appointment. Applicants with three or more years of post-doctoral experience may be eligible for initial appointment as associate researcher. The person would work with the University of Kansas group on physics data analysis and detector operation and development for the CMS experiment. Candidates with relevant interests and experience are sought. Depending on mutually agreed upon arrangements between the selected candidate and the High Energy Physics group, this position will be housed at either the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, or at CERN in Switzerland.
