School of Basic Science 2026: Advanced Methods for the Physics of the Universe, Campagna, Italy

We are pleased to announce the Campagna School of Basic Science, which will take place in Campagna, nearby Salerno, Italy, from August 30 to September 5, 2026.

The theme of this first edition is “Advanced Methods for the Physics of the Universe”. Registrations are now open and will close on June 30, 2026.

The program will feature four Lectures on:

Inflationary Cosmology – Robert Brandenberger (McGill University);
Cosmological Correlators – Paolo Benincasa (Santiago de Compostela University);
Amplitude Methods for Gravitational Waves – Carlo Heissenberg (IPhT, Saclay);
Topological Data Analysis for Cosmology – Matteo Biagetti (RIT, Area Science Park Trieste);

and a Public Lecture:

Giordano Bruno Seminar – Thibault Damour (IHES, Bures-sur-Yvette).
