Níckolas de Aguiar Alves

Níckolas de Aguiar Alves is a PhD candidate in Physics at the Federal University of ABC, Brazil. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo, Brazil (2020) and a Master’s degree in Physics from the Federal University of ABC, Brazil (2023). His research explores many aspects of gravitation, with a particular interest in its interface with quantum mechanics. His current work centers on understanding the infrared behavior of gravity. Broadly, his research interests span quantum field theory, general relativity, and quantum aspects of gravitation.
